We recently had K&L Heating send Dave over to fix our toilet and shower door, and the service was absolutely outstanding. He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. He was also fantastic with our (usually suspicious!) dogs, which made the whole experience even more relaxed. A genuinely lovely guy who made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend K&L Heating, and a big thank you to Dave for his excellent work!

Excellent service, from the on-site survey, scheduling to the actual execution of the work.

Professional and reliable company that we have used a few times now. Last week we had a new mixer tap fitted in the kitchen which was done promptly and with the minimum of fuss. Nice to deal with trades who know what they are doing!

David designed the bathroom to our specifications. There were times when we changed our mind with respect to the size of the various bathroom units, type of units, etc.
David understood what we were after and showed various units until we finally agreed on the ones we wanted. He showed a lot of patience – a plus point.

Ken, Jack and Lee were tasked to build and deploy the fittings to the bathroom. They were extremely polite, willing to listen and make suggestions when asked. Always arrived on time – a plus point.
They have diligently carried out the task of rebuilding the bathroom and completed the build in less days than initially thought – a plus point.
Before fixing any appliance (e.g. sink basin) they would ask is this position fine or would you rather move it a bit more – a plus point.

They are very tidy and cleaned any mess generated and even removed any rubbish from underneath the floorboards whilst doing the re-piping – a plus point.
Before leaving for the day, they would clean and hoover the floor, stairs and landing leading to the Bathroom – a plus point.

What is amazing about them all is their mannerism, respect, and professionalism they showed – a plus point.

We would not hesitate to use K&L Heating and Bathrooms Ltd again and we cannot highly recommend them enough. Job well done.

We went to K&L on recommendation to completely remodel my mum's bathroom. I prefer to use local businesses where I can. From start to finish everyone from K&L was friendly and professional. Consultation in the shop and quotation from David was comprehensive and provided quickly. The start of work date was set and stuck to. Andy and Ken were friendly, polite and professional tradesmen, who worked efficiently over and above what I expected. They were considerate to mum who was able to remain in the house, as they worked round her. I wouldn't hesitate to use K&L again, great service and end product.

Always a first class service, have been using these people for at least 25 years. Service is second to none and the experienced plumbers always do their very best. would recommend K and L always for plumbing work of any kind.

Best plumbing service in town. Open 6 days a week, plenty of staff to handle any job and a good stock of materials. Long established.
